The incumbent works in the Acute Hospital Telephone Call Center at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center, Columbia, SC. The Call Center Medical Support Assistant will report to the Nurse Manager who is responsible for the administrative and clinical services to patients and families. The goal of the Telephone Call Center is to perform a variety of clinical and technical support duties that facilitate optimal operation of the Call Center at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center.
